Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft. Collins by IHG

I paid 182 dollars here because i was in a pinch and i was told i was getting a gov discount because i have a valid military ID, to come out to 160 dollars even. Checked my bill on IGH rewards and i was charged 182. Whats worse is that after i paid, next door(directly across the street) courtyard marriott called and confirmed a room at 89 dollars for me. Its a decent hotel. Clean, lots of channels, things youd expect.. Certainly not worth almost 200 dollars.

10/10. Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing breakfast, amazing stay. If you want the whole package STAY HERE!!! Ladies at the front desk were the sweetest humans i’ve met.

I have stayed here quite a bit and this one is always a good one. The staff is very kind and professional as well and made my stay a great experience.

This is our preferred and go to hotel in Ft. Collins, so far in Jan 2026 alone we have stayed here on two separate occasions. This location has above and beyond customer service! Ethan & Robert have always provided us with exceptional customer service, quick to help and answer any questions, and always provide service with a smile and positive attitude no matter the time of day. Thank you so much Ethan for always going above and beyond for us!

The hotel was as expected. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed and the selection of pillows were very good. The hotel staff was very friendly and interested in their guests. The breakfast was okay and as expected for a complimentary breakfast. I had a room facing the main street, which was fine for me and quiet enough, but anyone who doesn't like that sort of thing should avoid such a room. There are a few restaurants nearby for those who want to eat something in the evening.

We stayed here last night and had the best experience. Even before our stay we called to ask a few questions and Ethan was so helpful and professional on the phone. Upon arrival to the hotel last night Ethan and Robert were both so helpful and kind. They made us feel extremely welcome and at ease. Their service went far above and beyond what we have experienced at other hotels. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The pool was clean and the breakfast had plenty of delicious options. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This Holiday Inn Express is uniquely wonderful!!! The rooms are spotless, it is quiet, and the staff are so wonderfully kind and welcoming. We stayed here twice on our cross country trip (one time each way) and they were a true stand out. They welcomed us and our dog. The grounds around the hotel are so nice and location is walking distance to a store and restaurants. Wish they were all this good! Thank you!

If Evan treats his coworkers (so long as they're nice to him of course) as good as the guests, then my man needs a raise. You won't find a guy who enjoys working more than him. Other aspects of the hotel have been very good, but that's a guy you gotta reward for being that positive all the time. Good hotel overall. Very well maintained and higher end.
